Reunion with our French friends

And so, it turned into a real fun pary with lots of tucker, plenty to drink and some pretty good music with Juliet, Theo, Nicolas and myself all doing our bit on the guitar and Hervé adding some percussion and everyone doing their bit with the singing.
We played up until after midnight and, fortunately, Mady gave me a lift home in her car as I was as full as a state school hat rack. (I walked back next morning to pick up the hire car.)

Half way through and loving every minute
... to Il de Re (an island) and hired bikes- it was a lot of fun and a break from the driving. Next day visited some marshes and was rowed around the canals as if we were in Venice (actually they are called the green Venice).
Our access to the internet has not been great so I have been writing this up in Word and then sending it when I can. Consequently there is a lot to read all at once. Sorry..
