... we immediately ordered a second one. I will be coming back. All of were close to comatose after our heavy French dinner, but we trekked up to Sacre-Coeur and the top of Montmartre. There was so much going on when we got to the top. Being that it was a Saturday night, there were people sitting on the steps listening to musicians playing their guitars, a pair of fire dancers, a Jamaican band and dance crew, and several artists sketching realistic portraits ...

We did find something disturbing- open air urinals. One man walked past on the phone, took a wee and the continued walking, talking the entire time. Quite gross. After seeing a dog party, some graffiti, and some pretty good skateboarders it was time to make our way back to the hotel. Already dreading my goodbye to ...

... and it is lovely looking out onto it, as I write up my journal.

Time for tea and guess what – we have an Aussie type Sports Hotel for backpackers just around the corner, to which for a good % of our trip we went for tea. Some of us had steaks, others fish, but it was a timely reminder of home. Unfortunately the noise was a little loud for my taste but it was great atmosphere all the same.

I left the table after tea to find a Bank and ...
