Tonight we are headed to a Parisian dinner and will be get to see the Eiffel Tower twinkle around 10 PM this evening!
... I had a wonderful Risotto Vert ( green risotto) which had artichokes, broccoli and "pois gourmands", and Parmesan and a small pichet of Sancerre. I am still not sure what gourmand peas look like because they and the brocoli were chopped very fine. Did have some nice lovely pieces of artichoke in it.
