Lots of music and laughing was to be had and the musicians even made Kimberley and I get up to do the chicken dance in front of everyone. Thankfully Paul and Davor joined us!! We then topped the night off by seeing the sparkling Eiffel Tower! Such a good day! Le'escharmouche - restaurant where we had ...

Mmm, they were so sweet. I chose a spot by the Seine and ate as I watching all the boats and jogger pass by. I shared half my breakfast with a transient who was sleeping in a tent by the river, he apparently travels around Europe that way, on his bike. Or ...

So we have yet to figure out what time Parisians REALLY start their day at. Understandably, yesterday's morning was right after all the NYE festivities, so people slept in. I hope they did, anyway, since we passed several groups of revelers waiting for the metro, returning from their night's activities, at 7 in the morning! But this morning again, we headed out around 7:30am for croissants and to check out a local produce market held twice a ...
