    ... a bus to the airport. Lots of sweat today. Of course the trip would not have been complete if I didn't end up having to chase down a bus, so I did that in order to get from the city to the airport. Gotta keep things interesting and spontaneous when traveling right?!? Always that was my active weekend. As of right now planning on staying around London, maybe going up to Oxford for a night the weekend of the 25th instead of traveling to Paris or another European city. ...

    We returned to our room to write yesterday's blog, before heading off once again to Puy Du Fou. Jane decided to take a jacket as we weren't sure of the weather forecast for today.     ... was ill. This meant we waited about 45 minutes to be served as there were 4 people in front of us and by the time we left we had been in the store about 75 minutes with a long line of customers after us.Two hours later after driving on 'D' roads, we arrived at Le Puy du Fou.

    ... to see such diverse uses of this beautiful countryside all in a short drive.
    I was in this town on way South in May so I knew choices were limited for sustenance but Sundays are even worse. Two bars open and both were going to be closed at 18:00 after paying €10.60 for a large and a small beer....sacre bleu!

    ... and quickly produced a high pressure hose to help clean the bikes while their son in law took control of our dinner - it was Sunday this time and again no restaurants open in the quiet Betton other than the pizza shop! He found the menu on his phone, translated all the options and duly ordered it for us.
