... all the books in gondolas or bathtubs. There was also a very unique book that documented the way Venetians deal with the flooding - from special gumboots to floating shops. Venice is an extraordinary beautiful city and a true romantic at heart. It was the last stop in my amazing Italian adventure. A brilliant experience filled with food, religion, art, fashion and history. I will be back one day to soak it all up again and bring someone to share a gondola with ...

... out at 10am we headed to the train station. After a gruelling 22 hour, 2 carpools (Salzburg to Munich, Munich to Cologne), 6 train transfers and staying in a Maccas at Cologne station from 10pm to 3am, I arrived home to Utrecht. Home Sweet Home! Time to study/cram for my exams in less than 20 days :D
