We had breaky with Clara and Helene while Teresa was out droving the teenage cows. It was lovely chatting with them both! Unexpectedly we were advised to get the van out before the road collapsed. So we quickly packed up and followed Clara out to safety. Unfortunately Teresa was still out droving so we didn't get a chance to say goodbye. ... mountains behind it. I chose to walk up the path to the lookout rather than take the Funicular. The lookout is 400 metres up the mountain, and is accessed by a path that zig zags up the face. Boy was it hard work. No wonder everyone took the funicular. The view was rather spectacular.

We headed to the xxxx, a typical Austrian pub. It wasn't overly crowded which meant that we were able to get a seat in the non smoking section of the pub. It took me about 1 and a half hours to make it through my half litre of beer with lemonade (the only way I was getting through that much beer), the last few mouthfuls were a bit of struggle, that's a lot of beer tasting liquid for someone not that found of beer!
