Oder kennt ihr viele Ostamerikaner, Halbjude mit plonischem Einschlag, Halbitalienermix, abgeschlossenes Philosophiestudium, Autor, Schwerstinteressiert am 30 Jährigen Krieg, der einfach mal so sein Gespartes nimmt und damit durch Osteuropa trampt? Also ich nich. Und wenn ich mal einen treffe, wird er ausgequetscht! Sollte dann auch 3 Tage Zeit haben ;)
Der Typ is crazy! 
Naja, wir haben uns dann die Unterkunft geteilt und zusammen die kurische Nehrung unsicher gemacht.

I am going to another beach town, Palanga, 30 min North. Micro busses leave frequently. They appear to wait until full which can be 2 minutes or 40 minutes (like to Nida).

This is a total beach resort. It's pedestrian walk even has Carnival type rides, huge cafes, ice cream everywhere … The crowds dwarf Nida. The beach has a volleyball tournament going on. I do my thing which is to walk ...

... Which way do you think I want to go? To the right of course. As I approach the fork, I see a sign. It pictorially shows that women only to the right. What I interpret to be anyone to the left. Dang it! From the top of the dunes I can see that the women only section is far more crowded than anywhere else on the beach. Despite warm weather and being a Friday in July, it is not particularly crowded. I later see a sign for men only. A half dozen older guy sunning in the nude ...

Klaipeda er altså Litauens tredje største by og har kring 200.000 innbyggjarar. Med det er den mindre enn Vilnius og Kaunas, altså dei to største byane i Litauen. Men byen er større enn mindre kjende byar som Siauliai og Panevezys. Litauen er eit artig land. Med sine 65303 kvadratkilometer og nesten 3,4 millionar innbyggjarar, er landet det landet i verda som liknar mest på Irland kva gjeld folketal og areal ...
