    ... Nicky gives me a tablecloth that she embroidered herself to give to her friend Vreni, who lives close to Zurich town. Nicky also offered us some excellent organic homemade biscuits! Fancy some right now ....

    I couldn't leave the vast souk of Agadir quickly enough! Only the choice of fresh vegetables impressed me, and, last but not least, seeing the traditional way of producing argan oil.

    ... have met up again. The only difference may have been that, instead of talking all night, we went off to sleep around 3 am.

    I was introduced to Marlene's 3 companions:

    We then needed to find something to do the following day. We bargained the excursion worker to 350 Durham for the two of us to have an hour hammam and an hour massage (little to our knowledge of what hammam actually was!!). We were driven in a taxi to a very unprofessional looking building, taken in and then discovered that the price had been miscommunicated.     So it came of something of a shock did Agadir after a week of mountains and Gorges of the Atlas and with the 8 Journey over the mountains from Ourazarate adding an kind of epic flavour.
