      Arrived in Prague having left half of my liquids at the airport, but I half expected that having packed the equivalent of Boots. First night was interesting, we were staying in a 36 bed dorm so expected to see some ropey behaviour, but not feel it. Me and Fleur were woken up to the sound of crunching Doritos. Fine. Expected.       ... s day went like this....... Sue was right - I was basically worn out by now and not feeling 100% once again due to dizziness. But never one to shirk a challenge, I wanted to climb the Sella and to claim at least one Dolomite climb as Bryan had said they are very different to Stelvio.       This is a beautiful Spa town . The hotels are spectacular , perched on cliffs .painted in beautiful colours Most were built 1880 when taking the waters was popular , but has been a spa town for hundreds of years .

      There are many fountains of hot water for people to drink . They recommend that you use a teapot shaped cup to sip the water as you walk slowly .

      They eh all looked silly , but the cup vendors happy .
