Imperia was a great little place and even though we only had one night and day there it was good to see the cousins's and met there beautiful children. I would have liked to have stayed longer and in hindsight if we had one less day in Budapest and Milan we could have stayed a little longer but that just means I have to come ...

A handful of teenage boys there applauded us as we climbed on-board, and then proudly showed us the welts they had received from jellyfish on the way out to the pontoon....

This presented something of a quandry for us.

... reunion thing on the next day and rooms have been pre-booked, however, they give us another room which is fine and a little cheaper (smaller window and no balcony).

After breakfast I (Jol) go and take a look at the car. It’s been dripping ice cold water on my foot for the last few hundred miles – possibly more noticeable due to the fact that I’ve been driving barefoot – and I suspect it’s an aircon issue. After a couple ...
