After several hours spotting Manatees and watching the sunset we soon head into town (I use the term town liberally here) to the only place open on a Sunday night, a Chinese restaurant. It's definitely busy and surprisingly good. Maybe it's just the fact that it's a refreshing change to Mexican food or it's the Belize beer.
