Happy Remembrance Day everyone and happy fall break, teacher friends! The rain last night was so loud it woke us up. This morning we woke up a little later, had breakfast and set out to our new school which is called Duck Run 3 - Hidden Paradise Government School. Today we had a glorious sleep was a much needed 12 hour sleep. Then we lounged around in bed and read for a while before going down for a late breakfast. We ate with Cathy and Judith and then we went and sat by the pool briefly. The ladies at the hotel brought us a bag of bread to feed the critters in the pond. ... feed again today. It is so nice that he's getting stronger but it's so hard to hold him in the slippery pool! Adding insult to injury, the bugs were also terrible in the pool.
The new group of people that have accumulated over the last few days (Julia, Lillian, Susan, Alana and Megan) had their orientation today so we should find out their allocations pretty soon! At least one of them will be working in the nursery with me, which will be nice. ...
