Cruise Phase 1
Our cruise started in Venice on 4 October. The Oceania Rivera was all that we thought it would be. Our stateroom is spacious and very well fitted out. As with all rooms on this particular ship, we have our own balcony where we can sit and enjoy the passing scenery. There are numerous restaurants at which to eat. Heraklion to Mykonos - Ferry Trip from hell

This trip took all up 14 hrs, we could of been in Bangkok in 14 hrs. Anyway glad to be here after a trip from hell. We showered and went to bed and Mary was still feeling sick. Goodbye Crete
... who works at this resort. She was lovely and funny. We talked about different nationalities and had some funny stories to tell. She mentioned that Greece is taken over by rich Russians and French but we thought it was more Brits. She said she likes Aussies but not so keen on some others. She was telling us that the fur coats we see in the shops are catered for the rich Russians and well we both agree we hate fur coats and would never own one. No dinner but ...
