Clean, cheap, contemporary & modern furnishing, strategic location (3mins walk to beach and beach front shopping area).

    Would have given 5 stars:
    - if not for the inconsistent water heater flow, 1 minute hot, another minute cold.
    - Internet facility is not free, have to purchase credit.

It's a short hop from Krabi Airport to the beach town of Ao Nang, and 150 bhat per person got us there in about 30 minutes. All the luggage was piled in a huge heap near the front of the bus, and ours was on the bottom. Fortunately by the time we got delivered to the Best Western hotel it was accessible from the large number of prior drop-offs . < …

Even though we didnīt pay the entry fee in the amount of BHT 200 we were able to see the shell fossil beach anyway. We just had to walk down the steps where most souvenir shops were selling their articles. The beach isnīt the most remarkably looking sight and it looked like “slabs of ...

    Mum, Graham and Alex,

Hey guys! We are just finishing our stay in Chiang Mai before we head down to meet you. We have had an amazing time here, I bet you'd love it too. By day we sit by the swimming pool at our hostel, reading or playing cards or visiting local temples like the one in your picture. They're dotted all over and really are so beautiful inside. At lunch we saunter into town ...

... t work. It is hot here. We boarded the last boat back to Krabi and had a great Thai dinner at a place called Massaman that was famous for a dish called Massaman. Bed time.

The next day we skipped the **** hotel breakfast and I went out and picked up some instant coffee and some pastries to have on our balcony. This was our last day in Krabi but while eating we decided it was too awesome to leave, we booked a couple more nights. This was annoying because low ...
