... islands and had some Thai food which we are loving especially spicy Beef with Thai basil! On the way home from the beach we took an unplanned detour through a resort where after hearing a massive splash Charlie decided to say 'I don't know what just jumped in to that pool but it wasn't a human'. I began to freak out and the noises of the bugs and frogs and all the other animals got louder and louder and we turned back and walked quickly down the beach to the hotel! Unfortunately ...

... sick of wearing the same clothes. I ended up with a new bathing suit and a summer dress that I could turn into a fall dress with boots for when I go to Europe! Last stop of the night was at a bar with a big dancing floor where we ordered a plastic bucket with something alcoholic and pineapplely! • Mosquito Island – snorkeling
      • Bamboo Island – lunch (in our case only rice with vegetables)
      • Monkey Beach
      • Viking Cave – just passing by

Ao Nang - The land of beautiful beaches

After another long boat journey i arrived in Ao Nang, dumped my bags and i walked to town through all the market stalls (bought a new dress as the old faithful got wrecked in Phi Phi - what a shame haha), watched the sun set (another day, another beach, another sunset) and then headed out for dinner. Met some girls in my hostel who i then went out in the evening with. We headed to the bars and had a few drinks, played some jenga and card games - ... must be paradise!!

... speed boat to Phi Phi and Bamboo islands. On the islands we visited Hin Klang, Loh Samah Bay, Monkey Beach and Maya Bay made famous by Leonardo Dicaprio in the film the Beach. The beach at Maya Bay is stunning, but the reality is there are thousands of tourists everywhere. The boats just come and go all day long, but it is stunning. After Phi Phi Lay which is uninhabited, we went to Phi Phi Don which has another ...
