... forgave Lauren for her “suicide trail” decision and we just crashed back at the resort.

At night we headed out for a little more of the Railay East night life and saw that there was going to be a Mauy Thai (Thai style of boxing) match at one of the bars. So after an amazing dinner of fresh seafood kebabs, we scored ourselves a ring side seat for the match. At first they had a fire show which was really cool, and when the match finally started, it was clear that these ...
Railay Beach, Krabi, Thailand schipper... Transvestite!!!! It was tense and close...a little too close for Glenn at times...but after a little slapping of ball off ball...glenn came out on top...which Noy liked i think...and was declared champ.

Thats alot for one night but Charlie served till 5am and then let us kip there as he knew our 1am problem...see a friggin legend!!! we passed out untill 7ish when alarm Pa woke us: "Orla, where's the key?" Krabi, Thailand shakyck... br>for our free shots. Matt you would be proud, we have decided that
they use pure ethanol for their shots here. Enough to make you fall
over from just one shot. Really intense. You have to ask for some
juice to drink afterwards. After a couple of more drinks we called it
a night, around 4am, went back and had showers to get rid of all the
body paint that we had accumulated then went to bed.
Ko Phi Phi, Krabi, Thailand kaylaandbryden... had ever had. She was young and worked hard to mix up a batch of fresh
ingredients and fresh sea food. We also tried another Pad Thai at a place
called Papayas, which was also very good. Rarely did Nathaniel and I eat at
restaurants, as we always sought the local flavor. Yes, the restaurants are
good, but more pricey, and more of a tourist safety zone. Let me tell you, the
food in Thailand is safe, fresh, and tastes amazing. We checked out the ...
Krabi, Krabi, Thailand tstiles... offered only one choice in Ao Nang for accommodation, a place called Mild Bungalows. We give lots of credit to the owner as the name conjures up all those images of the perfect Thai experience. But don't let the name fool you as it did us. It is more appropriate to equate Mild with the description of spiciness found in most Thai restaurant menus- "not so hot". Far from town and rather run down but at least it had a decent pool. The real problem was that ...
Krabi, Thailand rbmom... to a small white sand beach with less crowds and beautiful views. Another day in Paradise! The last day with my Dad and Patty we took a large Ferry boat to Koh Pi Pi island. This island is known for it's tear invoking beauty and also one of the islands that was devastated by the Tsunami in 2004. We only had a few hours there before the last Ferry went back to Ao Nang. We spent our hours on an amazing beach, soaking up the hot sun, swimming in the clear ...
Krabi, Thailand katenclint... Phi Phi was delayed and hot but took us not too long. We got to Phi Phi (say pee pee) at about 5pm and abandoned our belognings on the beach, half of us (we were a 6 by now, 2 irish, an american and a sweede had joined us). We checked in everysingleplaceonthewholeentireisland. Most were either full or too expensive. We ended up in the Tara Inn, no air con, bathroom smelt like wee, sheets of dubious cleanliness, infact just not clean not even ...
Ko Phi Phi, Thailand emmaandemma... in Bangkok around 5:00am & quickly made the walk to my Bangkok home, D&D Inn on Khaosan Rd. I checked in my room for 550 baht a night & quickly hit the sheets. I woke up around noon & had a lot of internet catching up to do. Yes, that last blog I wrote, some picture albums for Facebook & a bunch of emails. I messaged the sisters to see how their bus trip went, & my Swiss friend Stephan (from Phi Phi) to see where he was, as he was coming ...
Ko Phi Phi Don, Thailand wally09EN: The twin islands of Ko Phi-Phi Don and Ko Phi-Phi Leh (usually just referred to as Ko Phi-Phi) are two of the most beautiful islands in Thailand. While Phi-Phi Leh is uninhabited and undeveloped (although since its stunning Maya beach was the setting of the movie "The Beach", the number of visitors on day trips soared), with Phi-Phi Don (the bigger one of the two) it's a totally different story, we had visited the islands on a day trip in 2007, but didn't really ...
Ko Phi Phi Don, Thailand aguasThe journey to paradise: 14 hours had passed since we first boarded that Singaporean sleeper bus the night before. I woke up uncomfortable and sweating like a dog, having long since forgotten what it feels like to have a sore-free butt. There was enough air and cushioning that I was able to clock a decent six hours of less than decent sleep, Jeff clocked significantly less. Both of us were miserable. We pulled into the main Far-South Thai city of Hat Yai ...
