The plane from Athens to Mykonos sat far away from the terminal and required us to board a bus and then climb a metal stairway that had been rolled to the airplane. Thankfully, it had stopped raining so we were able to board easily, but the rain began again once we were settled in our seats. The flight was about thirty minutes and we arrived just …

It was sitting on the ground, not moving, and I stared at it a while trying to figure out whether or not it was real. Then he had the cheek to charge us 7.8 euro, but as usual David had developed this wonderful rapport with him, so how could I call him a cheat and a thief! We paid the money and laughed and drove off with a bag of rotten fruit and 7.8 euro lighter. At least we didn't buy the alcohol in ...

... there are some sales. We saw some beautiful Italian clothes in a shop which the woman has owned for 35 years. For dinner, we ate at a restaurant H & E had been to a couple of nights ago which was very good. I think the prices (for food ) are okay...about $50 which included 2 Cosmopolitans. Then we went on to a bar where they had also been previously and I had a limoncello which if I had drunk it all, I'd still be there finishing ...
