... don't use filters and boil the finely ground coffee in the water and serve it in small cups. You wait to let the grounds settle before drinking. Coffee along the touristy coast can set you back $2-$3 easily, about what it costs for a huge cup of coffee in the US, even in a chain like Starbucks. Here, you get that for only an espresso-sized cup. It's damn good, but that's what you'll pay along the coast unless you're in a back alley.
