... Matt which Nina took a shine to) were really knowledgable and passionate about bears and the wilderness and taught us loads, and Kristen was an incredible cook who fed us constantly. The 8 guests and 2 guides have meals together round the table every morning and evening which was really nice and we got to know them all pretty well over the 4 days. There were 2 other British couples and 1 Aussie couple so lots of ****-taking. We did a lot of bushwacking ...

Peter and Rona...both around 65, British, highly opinionated, and over every evening conversation would passionately divulge their views on being against the Monarchy, against Posh and Beck's...as they have "no brain between them", and hate children because "they are just weird"......BAAAA HUMBUG!! Peter was a retired BBC producer in his hey day and talked about internal office "Memo wars" and ...

... It was dark when we left for the lodge and we rode slowly home as there is so much wildlife on these roads.

We decided to stay for another day and after a beautiful breakfast we lazed the day away then Sigrid and Brian walked to Fletcher Falls. Brian and I rode into Kaslo and shopped for a BBQ dinner the meat was expertly cooked by CJ. We ate out on the back deck and it was a lovely evening.
