    Today we went into town to buy some food and bumped into Panyota who does the gardening where we are staying, she is a lovely Greek lady who speaks good English.     ... ourselves in our small hire care going down a rather steep 4x4 track to a deserted beach. Luckily we decided to stop halfway down in the end due to the shear gradient and the amount of large rocks. This turned out to be very wise as we walked the remainder of the track.
