    ... national holiday there would be no free yoga, much to our disappointment. So when we went down for breakfast and noticed there was a yoga class taking place, we were not too pleased!     ... I managed to zone out a little to try and block out the horror! Back on Bali, I took the shuttle taxi service to Ubud and subsequently grabbed a local taxi to get to my hostel... Only he couldn't find it. He dropped me a good km or so from where I should have been, so again, I had to walk along in the heat asking the locals along the way where to go.     This island and it's people are amazing. The courses I've completed were challenging in ways they were designed to be, and also in ways that were specific to my own expectations. If I can carry with me a fraction of the equanimity I've been able to cultivate here, life at home will be vastly different. Perhaps not from the outside, but certainly my inner life will be.
