Bryan had seen this trip was very highly rated on trip advisor (99% and No. 1 attraction in Langkawi) so booked it a few days ago. We were definitely looking forward to it and were up and off early to the jetty where they set sail from.

We knew that we would be in a party of up to 10 people so were bracing ourselves and anticipating sharing the day with 8 loud Chinese people as they seem to be the majority of the tourists here.

Now that we had left the tour group behind there was no queue for the cable car. As the next available car swung round, we jumped in. As we were launched ...

... I don't think I've ever seen one jump from a tree and glide before. I think I want one it was so cute. So our day, although didn't start at the resort has definitely improved. I don't know that at this stage we would recommend it for the price we have paid but it may surprise us yet. So now we are sitting out on the deck drinking Hoegarden at about $1.30 a pop (thought you'd like that Carol :) ) in about mid 20s at 9pm. Got to be happy with ...
