      ... and Amba, guided by boy Hritik. On our way back, we visited the farm – the rice harvest had been done and vegetables had been recently sowed. We got some vegetables plucked straight from the farm for us. In the end, we browsed through the vast nursery operated by Bhumkar and his wife and bought 3 saplings – a Christmas tree, a karipatta and a decoration plant.

      It was a nice experience of a day and worth paying a visit again in summer ...

      ... the formal ceremony, I was able to meet a lot of Appa’s cousins. The older women kept touching me and patting me. I could not decide if they like me or if they are just unsure of me.
