    ... the necks of chickens one-by-one in a slow, measured, almost menacing way (not fully beheading them as it’s not Halal) and throwing them into a basket. There were literally hundreds of them wriggling about. Through the next door were hundreds of guys sitting on tables and hacking up meat.
