    ... got served these thick pancakes with bananas and butter inside and everyone agreed that they were delicious! Mom even said that they were probably the best pancakes she ever had! She wants to try and replicate the recipe when we get home.

    ... and the amazing spring rolls). There was an English camp on Thursday and Friday. Cammy and Kevin came to help. Friday was the best, I taught some Irish dancing, Dad, Ryan and Seth taught some Gaelic football – the poor boys suffered in the heat! Pi Anne taught Mum some Thai craft. Overall Ocean and I loved showing them Kutchum and I think they loved here too – even if Seth and Ryan refused to sleep in our house after one night!!

    ... carved out of wood. Some of the chairs have deer skulls hanging off them and there are some smaller tables which have the skin of alligators spread across them (not a place for animal lovers).It's quite bizarre and a bit eerie really. Also on the grounds are smaller buildings of the same theme with skulls and skins and then there are 4 white hubs which are even more weird.     ... within 5 minutes another songtheaw appears already carrying to rather large Russians. He U turns and we board. About 5 minutes down the road we pull off down a dirt track that bumps us to Sea View Hotel. We don't realize this until we disembark. I flap my arms at the drive to stop him leaving us. I show him the booking form for Sea Breeze Hotel and he nods and smiles. We load ourselves in again but this time John just stands on the back step now fed up ...
