    ... from a bar by the beach, after eating freshly caught and grilled fish at a nearby bar known to be 'gritty' in Lonely Planet- which has become our bible, no mention of the food market though....that was a plesant surprise. Oddly we then got lost and had to run to catch the last 8.30 ferry home. A disorientating end to a lovely day and hey, we made it......

    El puerto Santa Maria is a cool place, don't think we did it justice but its beach was lovely to cycle ...
