... so we headed towards Geneva. While at the intersection of Routes 38 and 25, (and not on the bike trail that goes under 38 and that has been under construction all summer) someone in a car honked. ... who created them worked well into his 80s at a machine shop and he used mostly scraps and cast-offs in his works. Sadly, he passed away recently and the sculptures will probably be auctioned off. It is rumored that Wilmington may purchase the buffalo to display on route 66. I hope that all of them find good homes.
