Recovery Update

... on the bladder, we are still seeing the blood and clots in the cath. Aside from all that, she has managed her wires and tubes well. Once again, knock on wood. That is one of my biggest fears is that she pulls all this stuff out and we have to do a re-do, which would be stressful on her.

Here's hoping this new pain med gets her some good sleep tonight and maybe tomorrow we can take the nurses up on that wagon ride. I ...

... times they were scared, kids have the best imagination. Then they had dinner. Some kids weren't fortunate enough to have food at home so this was a great chance for them to eat and boy did some of them eat. One little girl had 3rds which was amazing as she was so small I wondered where she put it all. ... Carlsbad we drive to Dallas. Best known for the murder of John F Kennedy in 1963. We visit the place where it happened and meet a guy who was there in 1963. He was 13 years old at the time and is convinced there was more than one shooter. Every day you can find him on the grassy knoll , telling his story and selling magazines that support his view.
