We were up at 6:30a.m. and left the hotel before 8:00a.m. We made it to Toledo by 5:00. We were in our driveway before 6:00p.m. after a trip to the grocery store. All animals are alive, well, and happy to see us! Now the fun part of cleaning out the car:(

Yes, we would leave tomorrow and do it all over again if we could! There were a few meltdowns along the way, but the laughter and experiences far exceeded the not-so-fun times.

The stores are cavernous with displays of taxidermied wildlife that could be in any museum, a large aquarium with sporting fish, and an indoor display, as big as a basketball court, depicting a mountain with many ...

... he wanted to get as many miles behind him now (even though I started offering to drive just after we stopped for dinner, thinking that there was really little chance that he took me up on it NOW, but it sounded good). As navigator, I warned him that just before Indiana, there was going to be a "confusing" part where 90 split off. I managed to fall asleep just in time for him to miss the exit! I awoke to lots of swearing ...

    ... RV Resort,

It is more camp like and woodsy. No pool, but a spring fed lake for swimming, also a separate smaller lake for fishing.

The camp sites are under tall, mature shade trees on very level sites. There are walking trails and ball fields. The office has a fully stocked ...
