... mountains, and it didn't disappoint! Even the hotels and fast food restaurants stuck with the alpine theme! We soaked in the atmosphere for a bit before heading to the cabin, which was an adventure in itself! ... we had to fly on a small plane from Fairbanks to the very small village of Bettles and fly from there on an even smaller float plane into each park for a brief hour or two of short hiking.

... in Atlanta. This is one big place with lots of highways going off to the left and right. After some stressful u turns we finally got onto the right track.

This place is beautiful. Surrounded by forest and bushland and is quiet and peaceful. Another dinner of smoked chicken on the grill with beans and salads was yummy. Their families were very nice and showed us the southern hospitality that we have experienced since being here.
