Okay, I am officially failing at my blogger writing duties! So sorry y'all. So much has happened! I’ll be brief but cover all that’s happened…for the most part! Got my brand new car, completed my very first triathlon in Austin, roadtripped from Austin, Texas to Boise, Idaho, visited back home for a couple days, hit the road for San Diego, California, moved into my new housing situation, started my new job, and now ...

different bunch. There were a few kids and teenagers, making the
ship a livelier environ ...

Made very slow progress at first but turned east into the desert and lost most of the commuter traffic. On the way to Joshua Tree we entered the Valley of the Wind-turbine (Coachella Valley) thousands of them filling the valley. Checked into High Desert ...

... problem there. Luckily we came across a pretty cool rock bar just a few mins walk from the beach and I think that may have been the best pint I have ever had.. The barman was really friendly and we chatted to him for a while. Apparently you don't find bars on beaches anywhere in California due to a problem with under age drinking. So now we know! He suggested sticking to Europe.. Anyway, good day out but long ...
