I don't want to keep harping on about the food here, but we went out to dinner last night and I saw fried zucchini (courgettes to you and I) on the menu. This is my favourite starter at our local Italian restaurant so I ordered them. As Gordon said afterwards, "The clue was in the name- zucchini logs." We did a lot of driving today, about 13 hours on the road. Still trying to make up for the late start we got yesterday and still shaking our heads about the jeep. We had quite a bit of discussion about our next jeep and the need to get one you can manually take out of 4 wheel drive. We even discussed getting a trike bike to tow on the back :), yes we are just full of ideas.

Sorry for the late post for yesterday. We were both so tired we didn't have the energy to fire up the laptop and get our thoughts on 'paper'.
