My parents don't stop, they are amazing... like the bees in the lavender, they never stop... their garden is a marvel... after watering a bit and moving things around, he grilled some meat and we ate dinner while they are watching basketball play offs.
Tomorrow I am off to Corvallis for a mini reunion with amigos from Oregon State University back to the Gap on Monday.
Life is good!
Took SDO's Dahon bike and rode down around the nice neighborhoods, taking leaf pics across the Caveman Bridge to Riverside Park along the Rogue River then back to a nice coffee place on G St...on the way ...

After all that excitement, Dad became the driver. My phone was 10-2 from all the photos I snapped of trees and I was close behind. I didn’t want to miss a single thing but sometimes, as others with sleep apnea can attest, you just can’t help but doze. I half-awoke a couple times to my neck cricked and my jaw hanging open…only to muster enough energy ...
... and numerous trees for shade. A walking trail along the bank of the Rogue River leads from one loop to the next for a total of a little over a mile. This is a beautiful park.
The hot weather still haunts us. It's 88 degrees today and feel muggy. This evening the clouds are building. Big clouds that can turn into thunder heads.
Tomorrow we will push on to our week long home in Silverton, Oregon- Silver Spur RV Park.
