... those boats and decided to not go on it. We were home in time for supper and Anameike had made the best tasting leftovers dish from the turkey I had ever tasted.
Monique and Mark had put an offer in on a house so we went for a drive to have a look at it the next day. The girls had a play in the park nearby. It was great to have a relaxing day. We said goodbye very reluctantly that night as we had to leave at five in the morning.
Hello everyone...
Well the time has come and we have said allof our goodbyes. All we have to do is finish packing the bags and get to Detroit! Thank you for all of your help in getting ready for this trip and for your support of us as we do what we love. We hope these next three months are great for everyone and we look forward to seeing you at Christmas!

... and the Horseshoe Falls o n the Canadian side. It is amazing to see the colour of the water it’s like glass, the noise and the force that the water has is fantastic. The American side whilst built up was quite sedate in comparison to their Canadian counterparts.
The Americans had a few attractions with different viewing areas. You could take a lift to the bottom and almost stand under the fall in some parts as well as take the Maid in The Mist boat ride ...

Well the day has finally come...Dustin is flying the Coop...Do you think he could have chosen a closer place just to visit his Mum???? :-(
We flew WestJet from London to Vancouver. See attached pictures for a view of the Rockies from the plane.
We were running late coming into London due to the slow traffic on the 401, but it didn't matter because my younger brother, John, and his fiance, Sabine, were caught in it too, so no one had started to eat the turkey feast, and the spread of desserts my parents had laid out for us. My parents, my older brother, Noel, and his girlfriend warmly greeted us after we rang the doorbell. They hadn't changed as much as the city. I noticed heavy development ...
London, Ontario, Canada robsargeant... I couldn't see hauling it all around the continent. And I'm pretty sure that - with a bit of help - that I have managed not to forget anything I can't live without. But I guess we'll see!
I'll be in London by 5:30ET tonight, after a layover in Toronto at about 2pm ET, which makes it about lunch time for me. I can't decide if I should even bother to acclimate to the different time ...

What a day. Oh man. We crossed the river/ Canadian border at about noon. Then we spent the next 6 hours wondering what the he'll we were doing in Canada. At least I did. The wind was in our faces the whole time, the sky was filled with clouds leading us to believe that it could rain at any second, the towns were all bogus and lame, and the roads were ****.
Then about 70 miles into the day after this fifteen mile straight wind tunnel road of ...
... area. We went to a park just near the city centre and walked along the river and over a bridge that takes you to the golf course. As you can see by the photos the park is quite large and very pretty. This was a very relaxing part of our journey - less touristing more relaxing. We needed the break, thanks Paul and Neil.
London, Ontario, Canada johnterry_ozToday is quite action packed with tours of the falls. For Cdn $35 or 25euro we get to travel through a tunnel behind the Falls and look out at various points, take the Maid of The Mist boat into the mouth of the falls, take a walk along the Niagara river, take a cable car across a gigantic whirlpool and a few other things. The rapids on the Niagara river are thought to be among the fastest in the world, some stories of daredevils includes one guy who walked a tight ...
