83 mile
Rolling hills, some really quite steep
No real places to eat along way except SAG stops. Cycled with Kettie until rain then some people took cover, I continued so cycled on own until the end.
Chased by dogs. No Veronica about to shout at the dogs. Not impressed
Went for lunch in Kirksville, Gyro mmmm
Dinner-steak and sweet potato fries and salad
Early night

... Rica. I will also be headed to Costa Rica around the 29th of Jan for a 3 month diddy at Raices del Sol Eco Village / Martial Arts Academy so my need for lush tropical adventure and fitness will be satisfied all in one camp. Mike and I have been talking about potentially crewing up on a sailboat from the upper north coast of Ecuador and making that our transportation up to Costa Rica.
