We made it to Canton, Mississippii on Friday. Canton is a small town of about 30,000 but has one of the 2, Nissan plants in the USA. The plant is huge, it is one mile long and you can get tours during the week. It was a place we would have liked to see:((

We left New Orleans for Jackson, Mississippi, as we (Louisa) was inspired by the famous Johny Cash Song..... Jackson!

Jackson was en route to our next big destination, Clarksdale, however over the last couple of years in Carnarvon we (in particular Louisa) had grown to like a bit of country music and Jackson was one of her Carnarvon songs and so it was a must see on the trip.

Arrived in the capital after a long drive we headed straight to camp matt gave us a quick demo on how to set up the tent and off we went ed telling me what to do and obviously i was doing it all wrong, set up camp and had chicken fajitas and settled ourself in to a VERY cold campsite.
