Still managed to lose some weight on this trip, weighing in under 75 kilos in my birthday suit [don't get too excited, girls...or Adamar/Jurgen] today.

Going home has several travel components. Have to sort out trip dates with LFC John for Sicily in 10/16. Mainland Greece in 5/16 will be the first trip since the summer of '14 I don't ...

We drove home and after chatting for a bit, the others had their customary Sunday afternoon nap. Ash has lent me a small suitcase for LA - sadly I've had to give up on the backpack that was going to give me so many muscles. It's too heavy to be sustainable, and I'm sick of taking panadol for my sore neck. I spent the afternoon re-packing and doing some Elijah study.
