We had a wonderful time visiting with the Denglers. Bob and Cathy are very hospitable. They made us a delicious grilled chicken meal; our last home cooked meal for the next 35 days. Ohiopyle

... minutes in any normal town! And that was just one day in Ohiopyle, PA.

Speaking of Ohiopyle, do you know how it got it's name? Well, it's very hilly in this part of Pennsylvania so when people from Ohio in the early days of cars came here, they didn't know to downshift on a hill, so they burnt their brakes out and ended up in an "Ohiopyle" at the bottom of the hill! At least that's what our river guide told us...more on that in my next entry.
