What a BLAST! This 100 km stretch of highway was probably the best I've ever ridden - smooth pavement, gently rolling hills, ridiculously low traffic, gorgeous lakes, and grassy slopes dotted with old tall dark pines, all under a blue sky dotted with clouds. We stopped by a little secret beach, tied up the horses and had lunch. Halfway through our delicious snack i went and fed the horses some apple cores and some leaves but afterwards my horse looked as if she was having constipation. I was quite worried about getting back on but it was fine.
We rode back to the ranch and sat under Sarah's cherry tree to use her wifi.

Einige Campingplätze waren ganz einfach und hatten nicht viel mehr als Plumpsklos und Trinkwasserzufluss. Andere waren riesig, der Platz zwischen den Campingspots war kleiner und die Privatssphäre somit etwas geringer und es gab normale Toiletten, Duschen, Spielplätze, eine Bühne ....
