More corn fields on the way to Beresford. We came around a curve and what did we see in a field... were not sure. But it was big with huge horns! As we were getting closer to where the campground should be we see nothing but corn. But then we see an oasis of trees on a hill. This was the campground with beautiful trees and green grass. We found a Geo cache and even played Mah Jongg. A relaxing day!

Blue sky again. Mike and John left this morning at 5:15 for Mike wallet. We were on the road by 7:15 looking for gas. It ended up going 50 miles. We had breakfast in the same town. We ran into some guys on motorcycle from Kentucky heading for Alaska. They said they would be gone 2.5 months. We did not stop for lunch today. Our travel brought us to the Lewis & Clark Interpretive Center in Souix City around 2pm. I try a couple of times to call Mike but ...

We are definitely on the Prairie now. Mile upon mile of fields of corn. We have cornfields back home, but these are so large, we can't see the ends of them and they go along the road for miles on end. We see occasional farmhouses and silos and lots ...
