Woke from a fitful sleep by Michael wanting to get up and go have our breakfast on the dining car- first come, first served. It was a lovely bright card that had glass divisors up of etched birds. The menu included three entrees and coffee and juice of various kinds. It was initially a bit awkward as we we reseated in an otherwise empty dining car across the table from a single young Asian fellow.
