    ... You just can't track everything and everyone around you and expect to stay vigilant. I found a really cool cross-body anti-theft travel bag at the Samsonite Travel store.

    We decided that a traveler to Virginia must visit a Civil War battle site. Sooooo, we chose Fredericksburg. This battlefield was a location of some horrific loss of life. More than 100,000 men died. The Marye's Height hill and stone wall were success fully defended by the Confederates. We drove through additional battle sites on Prospect Hill ...

    ... we moved to Fredericksburg, which is the last hotel before we return to New York tomorrow. We make the journey tomorrow morning to Ronald Regan airport at Washington DC before heading on the underground to catch the Amtrak train to New York.
