... one person say as we left the bus " at least we have a seat". �Grrrr! Remember to breathe! We got on the bus to Oakland (a much inferior bus to the original one, with no wifi) and Fiona tried to massage the tension from my shoulders. At Oakland the original bus pulled up as well and we got our bags transferred onto a new bus, which thankfully was just like the first. They told us to wait in the lounge, I smiled, said fine and directed Fiona and Luke straight on ...

Arriving in LAX I felt like I was stepping back into the movie that I would live in for the next 3 months!! I got through customs really easy after being laughed at for having to declare pineapple lumps, apparently us kiwis heading to summer camp always take the same things! Found my shuttle to the hostel surprisingly easy and out of LAX it was off to Hollywood. Now let’s just say LAer’s are some crazy drivers ...

So today we went to a massive theme park which was amazing!!! I got twisted around, turned upside down and got spun around fast!!! Me favourite ride was probably the silver bullet which was amazing and soooooo fun!!!!!! This is our last full day in America and we certainly made the most of it ! Tomorrow we have to leave at 11 am and our flight leaves at 8pm so we are thinking of maybe going to San Diego zoo which should ...

... offered me two tickets and told me to bring along an attractive date, so I scowered the hostel (actually I asked the girl stading next to me) and invited a really lovely girl from Conneticut, Caitlin. Who'd was on her way to Park city in Utah to work a ski season.

The muppets turned out to be a big event. The street out the front of the theatre had been shut down to make room for the crowds and the carpet, there were plenty of "journalists" roaming ...
