... small group of Danish teachers. Now it is a beautiful, diverse and modern little town with fine restaurants and lovely shops. There are quiet tree lined streets, horse drawn wagons, Hans Christian Andersen Park, windmills, Danish pastries and dozens of quaint shops. We wish we had had more time and could stay overnight in Solvang because it would be so lovely to have a nice romantic dinner in this small piece of Denmark.

We met some guys from Perth at breakfast this morning and had a good chat to them about how things work over here, as they had come in cold with no plans other than to do Route 66. We then met a couple of Aussie gals from Sydney in Hollywood, who'd just come from Vegas, they were young party girls, so they loved Vegas.

Hey, anyone think I should have concerns about the man across the aisle who has COUGHED THE ENTIRE FLIGHT??? Just saying.....not only has he annoyed me, he is wearing a jacket, a scarf up around his neck, and since there is this gnarly bug on planes, maybe crashing isn't my worst concern! I'm going to strangle him with that scarf, so crashing isn't his worst concern either......it's the annoyed woman to his left!

Well the thought was there to wake up on one of the evenings to watch but we only managed to see 5min of a few shooting stars during a toilet visit in the night. On our last day we drove to the famous white lighthouse which gives you great views up and down the coast.
