    ... I helped one of the other residents here to build a ramp down onto the brygge and we were reasonably pleased with the result. One of guys here has MS and needs crutch and wheel-chair access.
    It happens every visit, but we are doing the continuous round of coffee and cakes, and I have to say all the weight I lost earlier this year is slowly creeping back on again, even if it is nice to catch-up with everyone. And, the Norwegian thing is to have at least 2 serves of ...

    ... yesterday ( Mon) where we had a personal conducted tour with Erika giving us the whole spiel in excellent English (she works there) and we are off to stay on a little island for a couple of days ...Can't think of the name because they are all unpronounceable to me, but I read that it is a rocky moraine island about 7km long, and not too far from here.     ... our lunch in an idyllic picnic spot by the sea, and then by the afternoon we'd arrived in the popular little tourist town of Hamburgsund, where it was obvious some sort of old car rally was in progress-I must say we saw our first lot of Scandinavian "Bogans" as well!!     ... for the additional anchors for the zipline, which also ended up including a sneaky trip down the zipline before heading into Stromstad for lunch and a pit stop at sugar heaven :). We left Stromstad about 4pm and went to pick up Cornelia from Kindergarten before going for dinner at a friends of Camilla's - we had delicious peppered salmon and vegetables and then sat out on the deck drinking tea and laughing while Cornelia watched tv inside.     ... Lilletull, and while Treas went to play with Lilletull, Sverre and I made a frame for his trailer, to safely transport some new windows that had been delivered, up to his cabin. Bloody hell, they were heavy, being of course double-glazed, and my back is now suffering, as well as managing to break an arm off my glasses in the process.... Lucky we didn't stay for 2 days or I'd be in big trouble.....
