      ... and I think this is the most perfect campsite in the entire trip so far. There's a little track for cars off the road, it's right on a glacier river that roars as the water works its way to the fjord, it's got a gravel area to park the bike, and it's perfectly flat for the tent.       ... is bigger than Flam. It has 3 convenience stores! Similar to flam, it's positioned on the fjord coastline. We decided to splurge a bit and eat lunch at a restaurant. We didn't have too many options though, as Lærdal only has 1 cafe. The meal itself was delicious. I had the reindeer steak, which was surprisingly yummy, while Dorothy had a salmon and shrimp dish. All of this was for $50+usd, which is not bad for Norwegian standards. ...

      ... are noisy and pushy (the Indian ones however had delicious smelling lunch!). It feels almost like a Disney themed train ride. If there hadn't been so much hype we would have been awed... With the hype and the crowds it took quite a bit away from the beauty of the train ride itself. Wynne fell asleep stating that she sees a lot of rocks and trees at home (it's true).
