We were brought upstairs and told we must pay 800 Korunas each (about 30 Euros) before they would let us go. I argued with them a bit, but Danni kept pointing out how big they were and that getting stuck in a jail cell in Eastern Europe would not be a pleasant experience, so I paid up as well.

It is set within a small courtyard that also has a small horse farm and brewery with brilliant brews. Its simple, but it has everything we want including access to a kitchen. The brewery was a neat addition to this little courtyard. You walk through a nondescript door vast a giant vat ...

After a lovely dinner of swapping weather stories from our countries, the Japanese woman gave us all New Year’s good luck coins.
