    Longest Day continued

    ... that long. They were not told that our plane was delayed so he just waited. It turns out that our plane had mechanical problems.

    We then drive to Sehnde, the village that Martin and Benta live in, where we will be staying for the next few days. Benta has made us some tuna melts so we eat a bit and the go to bed. We have basically been up for 36 hours; about 30 of which have been in airports or planes.

    What a glorious morning we awoke to in Schwulper. Blue sky, and brilliant sunshine - apparently an extraordinary November day! I do believe that we have been blessed all along the way on this amazing trip.
