      ... We went back to Norzin's apartment after that. Like most Japanese apartments, it is small, about 50 square meters. However, everything manages to fit into it and very tidily too. I guess land is scarce so everything goes upwards instead of sideways.

      Norzin very quickly whipped up a berry lassi which I can't drink due to not really liking yoghurt very much. I guess you could pretty much put any fruit you like in it. Mango season will be ...

      Hi, We had a very exciting journey on the bullet train to Kyoto. It was amazingly smooth and comfortable, as you couldn't feel the high speeds at all. We stayed a night in capsules, which was a good experience, but we were glad we'd only booked one night!
