The final walk to the bus stop was agonising. We finally arrived at our beautiful Disney resort 'Port Orleans French Quarters'. It's beautiful! We arrived back to our room close to midnight and by the time we got to bed, it was well past 1:00 a.m. Tomorrow morning would start a little later than usual as it would be our last day and we had laundry to do first thing in the morning before heading off to Animal ...

... that looked like a melting glacier from underneath with water runoff and most importantly there were water jets along the edges of the channel that gave you a little boost every once and a while that kept the current moving. TL's Castaway Creek did not have jets (or if they did it wasn't apparent or they didn't work very well) so there were a lot of spots on that lazy river where you would just come to a stop.

The big thing for me was that this park played Christmas music! ...
