    • We went on a mine tour through Chollar Mine and learned about it's history.
    • The mine tour cost $10 each, so $20 total.
    • We went to Mark Twain Museum at the Territorial Enterprise and saw where Mark Twain spent most of his days in Virginia City writing.
    • I loved this museum because I am a huge fan of Mark Twain.

      ... can’t see the roads. We ended up driving another 20 miles or so to get to the next road that crossed the mountain.

      Then we couldn’t find the campground at first because GPS lady told us it was on the right when it was really on the left.       Today we hiked to Angora Lake which consists of upper and lower lakes. Once we reached our destination at 7340' elevation, we were surprised to see so many people, young and old, picnicking along the water's edge and actually swimming, rowing, and paddle boarding on the icy water.
