    ... was discovered during WWII while they were digging for .....something!? Not too terrible exciting. We did have a chance to meet Stefan's mom at the museum- that was cute! Of course no English! Our last stop with our sack lunches was at a Russian Church - one of only two in Bulgaria. It was stunning! Then it was back on the bus for a four hour drive.     ... the sea. I'm going to be disappointed with the views when I get back to coffee-ing in Lytham. Then moved the car - it was busy when we arrived, and we thought we'd left the car in a decent spot, but when we came back, it just might have been a towaway zone. If so, we were lucky so thanks to whoever or whatever was looking out for us. Moved it to a proper car park and went to the beach.     ... Jerry tried the cold soup (torrator????) like runny tzatziki in a glass to be drunk through a straw. How odd - it tasted fine, and I honestly think that if I ate it with a spoon, I'd like it. But couldn't get past drinking garlic through a straw. I guess I'm not ready for Heston yet!

    ... so we had some of that to share as an appetiser, along with a piece of salmon sashimi each from the sushi menu. For our mains, we shared a stuffed grilled courgette and green salad, and had something separate each as well. I had steak and potato wedges and Dave had salmon and trout with grilled vegetables.
