      ... the Virgin arrivals lounge for our second breakfast of the day and Mandy got a quick nail treatment, we then headed over to Terminal 2 where our last flight of the holiday was leaving from.       We are up at six to make dure we have time to enjoy the wonderful breakfast you always get at the Sukhothai. We have ordered a taxi for 8.00 which as it happens turns out to be too early. It is a public holiday in Thailand for the King's birthday so rather than being stuck in the usual traffic jams we sail straight to the airport in half an hour.
