These past few days have been both the longest and shortest days ever. The European au pairs and I had orientation from Wednesday- Friday. ... annoyance is something FAR more annoying. Fireworks go off at all hours of the day or night. I mean ALL hours of the day or night. Noon. 3am. 6am. 5pm. 10am. Any time of the day and sometimes all day there is a constant booming.
Other than that, life is pretty good. I have to take a trip to Hong Kong soon, and I am looking forward to discovering a new city.
