A good friend asked me recently if I was escaping or running away - that had me thinking. Why would I leave my wonderful circle of family and friends, my social scene and photography courses, a perfectly brilliant business like Express Imaging, with its fabulous team of workmates, my lovely house and car, the beautiful Roath Park and City of Cardiff to pack one bag and fly to the other side ...

... That's a double sadness in itself, I love my house and to me it marks the end of Tom's childhood, happy/sad feelings all around. Having said that you'd never think he was leaving tomorrow his bedroom looks like a tornado has ripped through it and dumped all his belongings in a heap in the middle! I had always been really looking forward to ridding an elephant and it lived up to what I expected. Me and Sophie were first on the elephant together, followed shortly after by the rest of the girls. We sat in this almost wooden box on the top of the elephant. Admittedly it did not feel like it would ...

... plenty of accommodation and one place in particular looked good. A recently renovated farm house - as neat as a button. We we got here, we again went on Google in a local car park and the same place popped up. I suggested we look and we were impressed. So, go with your first thought is the lesson.

I have attached photos of beers - there are so many, but these caught my eye. Cheers until tomorrow when we go to Lands End ...
