Friday was my leaving do. It was my 'last Friday' before I fly, so I went to Lark Lane for tea and drinks with my friends and colleagues. It felt like it was someone else's leaving do, but with my friends there, so it was lovely. Started of the day at the local gym with Jo. Then back home for a nice breakfast. Off to Bridlington for the afternoon to see John & Trish. Had s nice lunch at Rags. ... make fine chocolates filled with orange and apricot ganache. At the end the lady told mum and I to bag some extra as there were plenty- we didn't need asking twice!
We then went on a treacherous journey trying to figure out how to unlock my phone so we can use a UK sim to no avail.

... my Christmas jumper around a lot and got some decorations for my room. My block mates will all be leaving at the end of the week, returning home for the holidays. It will be nice to have some peace and quite in the block, but I fear it will get lonely quickly. I do have some travel plans for after Christmas. I am hoping to go to London and possibly over to Shrewsbury where my boyfriend is from.

... greeting me, not worried that I was upset. Back home if somebody said 'you allright' to me it would be becasue I look upset. I also got laughed at for calling the mixed box of mini chocolates that Cadbury produces Favourites. They are called Heroes here.
