Friday was my leaving do. It was my 'last Friday' before I fly, so I went to Lark Lane for tea and drinks with my friends and colleagues. It felt like it was someone else's leaving do, but with my friends there, so it was lovely. Started of the day at the local gym with Jo. Then back home for a nice breakfast. Off to Bridlington for the afternoon to see John & Trish. Had s nice lunch at Rags. ... sleepy drive landed us back in York (after some round-about debacles of course) where we dropped off our stuff and then caught the bus to the Chocolate Story where we had a tour on the history of chocolate in York (they make 5 million Kit Kats a day). We also found out that Terry's chocolate oranges were created in York and that they headed up WW1 chocolate production.
