... and we were asked to remove the water from our bags as we could not take it on, so we took it out of our bags and carried it on the flight and were never stopped! So much for security!!! Next flight was horrible well the seating was 2-5-2 and I was sat next to some ransoms although a lady very kindly swapped seats with Jonas it meant she would get an aisle seat. Along the walk we saw how the locals once made sea baths by calving out the volcanic rock on the shoreline and how trees that once grew on the volcanic rock have rotted leaving big hollow sections on the shore. The walls protecting the houses from the sea are all made form the volcanic rock, it in a way reminded me of Cumbria and how local rocks are used to make the dry stone walls! ... lots of posh houses, apparently Shania Twain has a house there. The next morning we continued on our last bus with Andrea to Queenstown. The bus was a less happy bus due to a few fallings out, but by the afternoon we were the bus of love again, AROHA!
